Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how SK Land BD handles returns, cancellations, and refunds for our services and products.

Delivery Policy

(Inside Dhaka - 5 days & Outside Dhaka - 10 days)

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our services/products (e.g. land consultancy, real estate agreements, digital reports, etc.), returns are not applicable unless specified under contract.

However, if you receive incorrect or damaged deliverables, please report it to us within 3 days with proof for appropriate resolution.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued for cancelled orders (if eligible) or confirmed service faults.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be applicable based on the stage of project delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after service confirmation
• Failure to provide required information from the client’s side
• Delays caused by third parties or force majeure
